covid-19 Requirements

In light of the COVID-19 global pandemic, we are temporarily suspending operations and will not be accepting reservations until March 1, 2021. If you originally made your reservation through any of the 3rd party vendors like Priceline, Expedia, Booking.com, etc., the hotel cannot accept your cancellation over the phone, you must contact those companies directly, a stipulation of those companies for which the hotel must abide by their rules. May you and yours stay safe. We hope to see you in the near future!

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN TESTING REQUIREMENT

Various countries are now requiring negative COVID-19 test results for passengers to re-enter their country of origin or final destination. For those travelers required by government regulations or who would like to take a COVID-19 test before returning home, Cap Cove Resort can connect you with one of the healthcare facilities in our area where testing is available. The testing costs USD 100/person (subject to change). Please contact 1 (758) 456-8551 for further details. We will be happy to assist with arrangements.

Our resort currently does not offer on-site testing. Should this change, we will update our website with details. As requirements can vary for the time needed for negative tests before re-entry and/or specific test types, we recommend guests review the requirements of their country of origin or final destination before their trip and during their trip. Our guests and our associates’ safety and well-being are of paramount importance to us, and our staff is ready and available to assist you.
