A deposit of the first 3 nights plus taxes and service charge is required upon booking. The balance will be processed 21 days before your arrival.

Should your booking fall between January 3rd - December 21st, you will be allowed to cancel 21 days prior without penalty, however if the cancellation falls within 21 days of your arrival date, then there will be a 100% penalty.

Our cancelation policy remains valid notwithstanding a confirmed COVID-19 case.

Yes, we are a family-friendly resort.  Please reach out to our Concierge via for more information regarding our kids club and baby-sitting services.

Pets are NOT allowed at Cap Cove.

Our villas are non-smoking.  Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.   

Our check-in time is 2: 00 pm. Early check-in is based on availability. 

If you arrive before check-in, our friendly staff will secure your luggage and let you know when your room is available. You can always enjoy the resort's amenities while you wait!

Our checkout time is 11:00 AM.  Late checkout is based on availability. 

If your flight departs later, you can simply store your luggage and enjoy the sun near the pool while you wait.

Our restaurant is open from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm.

COVID-19 testing can be done at any one of our local laboratories and hospitals.

Yes, we offer day passes. please contact our reservations team about currently available day pass packages.

Yes, we would recommend that you carry an electrical adaptor, especially if you are travelling from the USA/Canada.

Our voltage on island is 220V.
