An unsupervised self-swab is not acceptable; the test (sample collection) must be carried out or supervised by a healthcare expert. Before scheduling a test, carefully review the test's particulars with the provider.

A deposit of the first 3 nights plus taxes and service charge is required upon booking. The balance will be processed 21 days before your arrival.
Should your booking fall between January 3rd - December 21st, you will be allowed to cancel 21 days prior without penalty, however if the cancellation falls within 21 days of your arrival date, then there will be a 100% penalty.
